One of the most rewarding things about being an active volunteer with Friends of Greenwich Street is that the results of our efforts are “right out in view” for the whole community to enjoy and share. However, the flowers come and go quickly, winters can seem long, and our recollections of “what did it look like in 2008?” and “Who helped plant the flower bulbs last fall?” are not always perfect.
